About
Hi! Welcome! I'm Sydney-I'm here to walk along side the path as you come home to your body, your breath and your power. My work weaves together ancient healing practices and modern embodiment tools to help you reconnect to whats real, release whats heavy and remember who you came here to be.

My journey into healing began in 2015 when I was in college, studying nutrition- and falling apart inside.
I was in my junior year, about to drop out, when I had my first panic attack. Everything I thought I was working toward collapsed overnight. I felt scared, directionless and disconnected from who I was.
I didn't know what the path forward looked like, but I knew I couldn't go back to the one I was on. That's when I found Yoga and enrolling in a 200-hour Vinyasa training that reintroduced me to my body and offered a sense of grounding I hadn't felt in years.
From there my path began to unfold: I became certified in Reiki, studied and completed an Integrative Health Practitioners certification and solo traveled around learning about other places and people while discovering other healing modalities. It was never about "fixing" myself, it was about understanding myself in a deeper more compassionate way.
In 2021, I found myself in Sedona, Arizona immersed in Shamanic Breathwork. This practice cracked something open in me, a deeper release, a soul level remembrance. The experience was so profound that I knew I wanted to be trained in this and offer it to others.

Still I longed for something I could weave into my daily rhythm and that's when I turned fully toward my Kundalini Yoga practice and Ayurveda. These practices became a spiritual home for me: powerful, accessible and deeply regulating.
Alongside that I also found healing through movement, especially through Crossfit. I fell in love with the power and discipline of training and eventually earned my CrossFit Level 1 training. For me movement has always been medicine, whether through a barbell, a breathwork journey or a kriya.

And just as movement is sacred, so is food. Seeing how food and the way we nourish ourselves becomes a way to support the body, calm the nervous system and awaken vitality from the inside out. Food is medicine and I love helping others rebuild that relationship in a grounded and intuitive way.
Now I offer the work that helped me and reshaped me, not from a place of having it all figured out but from a deep devotion to walking beside others as they reconnect, release and remember.
